As mentioned earlier in the post, I too have downloaded and tried all available drivers and once again the popup says. The support person could not grasp the fact that the LED color change software is what is missing, but keyboard key assign software is on DELL. I have call DELL three times, and once asked for supervisor but the supervisor was not available.
